Declaration of M/s Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation Limited as a Public Financial Institution under section 4A of the Companies Act, 1956

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 9th January, 2009

S.O. 110(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 4A of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby specifies the following Institution to be Public Financial Institution and for that purpose makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (ii), dated the 13th May, 1978 in the erstwhile Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs (Department of Company Affairs) vide number S.O. 1329, dated the 8th May, 1978, namely :‑

In the said notification, after serial number 52, the following serial number and entry relating thereto shall be added, namely :‑

“53. Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation Limited.”
