Notification No.  71/2007-Customs (N.T.)

S.O.   (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of  the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, (Exports), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on,

(i) the Commissioner of Customs (General and Contaier Freight Station,  Mulund), Mumbai;

(ii) the Commissioner of Customs Customs House, Tuticorin;  and

(iii)  the Commissioner of Customs(Import), New Custom House, Mumbai for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s Krishna Trading Company, 604, 6th Floor, Centre Point, Ring Road, Surat and others issued, vide, F.No. DRI/AZU/INV-06/Krishna/2005, dated the 5th February, 2007, by the Additional Director General, Directorate General of Renenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Repen Bungalow, Jain Merchant Society, Near Mahalaxmi Cross Road, Paldi, Ahmedabad- 380007.
