In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Indira Gandhi International Air Cargo, New Custom House, New Delhi to act as Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, Commissioner of Customs(Import).
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Mumbai to act as Commissioner of Customs.
