Notification No. 14/2006-Customs (N.T.)

 17th  February, 2006.

S.O.  (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Mumbai to act as Commissioner of Customs, Mumbai Sea Port for the purposes of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Spectrum Fabrics, Survey No.775 Paiki Plot No.243-244, Beside Dhanraj International Tarsadi Mangrol, Surat (Gujarat)  and  Others, issued vide, F.No .DRI AZU/INV-12/2003, dated the 28^th  October, 2004, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, ‘Ahmedabad Zonal Unit, “Rupen” Bunglow, Nr. Jain Merchant Society, Bh. Badshah Dairy, Panch-Tirth Cross Road, Paldi, Ahmedabad (Gujarat).
