S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Indira Gandhi International Air Cargo, New Custom House, New Delhi to act as Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, Commissioner of Customs(Import), New Custom House, Mumbai and Commissioner of Customs (Import), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Aryan Electronics, 302-305, 6, DLF Industrial Area, Moti Nagar, New Delhi and M/s S.T. Enterprises, 228, UGF, DDA Plots, New Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi and Others, issued vide F.No.50D/111/2004-C.I., dated the 28th October, 2005, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, 7th Floor, I.P. Bhavan, I.P. Estate, New Delhi – 110 002.
