It is clarified that for the purpose of calculating the mark to market component of the portfolio of the liquid scheme(s)/plan(s), money market instruments shall be excluded. Further, the repricing tenor of each of the securities included in the portfolio of the liquid scheme(s)
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Air Cargo Complex ,Sahar Airport , Mumbai to act as Commissioner of Customs, Bangalore for the purposes of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notices pertaining to M/s. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No.23/2004-NT-Customs, dated the 24th February, 2004 [S.O.234(E), dated the 24th February, 2004], the Board hereby determines for the purposes of said section relating to export goods, that the rate of exchange of conversion of each of the foreign currency specified.
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 14 of Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No.22/2004-NT-Customs, dated the 24th February, 2004 [S.O.233 (E) dated the 24th February, 2004], the Board hereby determines for the purposes of said section, relating to imported goods.
