In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi, to act as Commissioner of Customs (Port), Kolkata for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. Intrade Impex Pvt. Ltd., 202/203, AVG Bhavan, M-3,Connaught Circus, Middle Circle, New Delhi-110001and M/s Akay Cones Pvt. Ltd., 202/203, AVG Bhavan M-3, Connaught Circus, Middle Circle, New Delhi- 110001 issued vide DRI F. No: 23/88/2002-DZU/5212, dated the 1st December,2003, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, New Delhi.
