Notification No. 39/2004-Custom (N.T)

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Exports), Indira Gandhi International, Airport, New  Custom House, New Delhi, to act as Commissioner of Customs (Export), New Custom House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai, Commissioner of Customs, Mangalore and Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New  Delhi  for the purposes of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice  pertaining to M/s. K.S.Traders and others, issued vide  DRI.F.No:50C/11/2003-CI, dated  the 30th January, 2004 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence,(Headquarters), New Delhi.
