  i fill my nabour ITR Return in last year and she is a agent of post office and post officer deduct her tds and issued a tds certificate . then i fill her return in ITR-4 form . and submit orignal TDS certificate .and my income is not taxable . but we not get TDS amount cheque till date . how can i get this amount. pls guide me

  Microsoft Excel. Please add after file name .xls if your unzipped file is not showing any extension as all the calculators are in excel format

  We have checked and all are working well. You need to consult your IT person. All these files are in WINZIP format so you need to unzip the same first before using.

  Even I had same problem. All files in the zip files do not have any extension.
  Here is the solution:
  Once extracted add .zip extension to these files and you will now be able to open these using WINRAR or WINZIP…

  No my dear they work in all operating system. If you already have winzip software installed in your computer and the calculator downloaded by you is in not proper format, then you need to add extension .zip at the end of the file

  It works. All you have to do is unzip the downloaded files using RAR or zip program. Once unzipped, you get a windows file with no extension. Right click on file and click rename. Add extension .zip. This will now become a zip file. Unzip this file and you get the final excel file which will open in excel.

  My maternal grandfather made a will according to which he gave entire first floor of the property to me. For the ground floor he mentioned in his will that me and my mama’s son are owners of it. Though actual demarkation of ground floor is not there as who own which part of the ground floor. For the ground floor i belive me and my mama’s son needs to go in for release deed together with proper demarking as who owns which part of ground floor. Though i am the owner of first floor as per will, I want to know if i can gift a part of first floor to my mama’s son according to the map, after demarking his area of possesion in the first floor.

  What will be the gift tax and/or income tax liabilty for me and as well as for him ? I am from New Delhi and value of first floor property under his possesion is more than 50,000.00
