Place: Mood Refresher point – pappu’s tea stole

Rahul: Aye Swami, jara batana yar, what are the qualities one should possess to become good CS As you know I want to be best CS.

Swami: Dekh bhai, me itna bada to hu nai ke me tuje kuch “gyaan” de pau, but me jitna sikha hu, us hisab se tuje batata hu, ye meri personal understanding pe he, agar tuje jache to hi Implement karna.

Rahul: thik he bhai, tubatato sahi.

Swami: Okie dude, here you go… Dekh itni qualies honi chahye.

Attitude

To become good CS, one should have positive & active attitude. Attitude here doesn’t mean arrogance or disrespecting others. Attitude here means to have aura or you can say own personality (kuch bat honi chahye).

Acceptor

Many times people don’t accept their mistakes or shortcomings. If one wants to be the best, one should accept his mistake or shortcomings on the face, not only this, but should also possess guts to accept it and try to overcome it within a short span of time

Risk taker

If you want to mark your presence anywhere, don’t be afraid. Most of the people get afraid of facing their boss or asking for work assignments as they are scared of taking risk, but they forget that every living creature on earth have to take risk to live.

“Be not afraid. Think not how many times you fail. Never mind. Time is infinite. Go forward: assert yourself again and again, and light must come.” – Swami Vivekananda

Passionate

If you are passionate then no one can stop you from doing anything, even god too. For this trait, it reminds me famous dialougue of shahrukh khan from movie named om shanti om – itni shiddat semanie tumhe pane ki koshish ki hai… ki har Zarre ne mujhe tumse milane ki saazish ki hai. Like that if you’re passionate about your assigned work, then no one will be able to stop you, even office politics too

Sense of humour

One will think that why this quality is required, but my dear friend, this is what required in today’s hectic and depressive work culture. If you have good sense of humour then anyone can easily fetch solution for hard problem and you will be able to get strength to face worse situation.
