The Council of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, pursuant to clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 16 read with sub-section (1) of Section 21 of the Company Secretaries Act, 1980, has designated Shri Ashok Kumar Dixit, Joint Secretary as the Director (Discipline) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India w.e.f. 1 st September, 2020, in place of Ms. Meenakshi Gupta.
It may be noted that the Admit Cards to eligible candidates for appearing in Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) scheduled to be held on 29th August, 2020 through Remote Proctored Mode have been uploaded on the website of the Institute.
The November, 2020 Session of COMPANY SECRETARY EXECUTIVE ENTRANCE TEST (CSEET) shall be held on 21st November 2020 (Saturday). (Earlier it was announced to be held on 28th November 2020, which is now rescheduled).

CSEET shall be conducted through REMOTE Proctored mode instead of conducting the same from Test Centers. Candidates are allowed to appear for the test through laptop/ desktop from home/ such other convenient place. Candidates shall not be allowed to appear through smart phone (mobile)/ tablet etc.
