    We have the Govt and the Govt who have been resorting to all the ruses ,right or wrong,for the the purpose of collecting the money and too for spending lavishly on their personal pleasures of course in the garb of their official duties.The Hon’ble Delhi High Court has correctly quashed the wrong and illegal circulars and the officials who issued the circulars should now e held personally responsible for the illegal circulars.
