New Delhi, the 5th March, 2015

S.O. 678(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of Section 1 1C of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 the Central Government hereby designates Court number 39, City Civil Court Mumbai, as the designated court for the purposes mentioned in the said section.
