Do you know that now you don’t require visiting physically to broker’s office and or submitting documents physically to open a Demat & Trading Account? If you don’t know then here are the ways.

• You just require a laptop or a computer or a smart phone

• Documents that you need mandatorily scanned and emailed to the broker’s are:-

a) Your PAN card

b) Your Aadhar card

c) Your Passport size photo

d) Your signature

e) Cancelled cheque or Passbook details to be linked to your demat and trading account

Once you email scanned copies of all the above mentioned documents to your broker he will initiate the process of verification. Verification will be done digitally through video call. Aadhar e-verification can be done using Aadhar OTP. If everything is found in order the demat and trading account is opened.

You will receive your User ID and login details through email from broker’s office. By following the instructions mentioned in the email received from broker’s office you will able to activate your demat and trading account.

Once your account gets activated you can start investing and trading on your own or with the help of your broker.
