In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (7) of section 245F of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Income-tax Settlement Commission hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Income-tax Settlement Commission (Procedure) Rules, 1997.
This notification contains amendment to Income-tax Act, 1961, carried out on 12th Oct, 1999 not reproduced here as it is already contained in the body of the act itself.
