Users are coming across many major technical snags on GSTN Portal while filing GSTR 3B. The issues are open since last 4-5 days and giving taxpayers as well as professional unnecessary trouble as there is no final response from GSTN. It is to be kept in mind that last date to upload Form 3B is 25 th August 2017, which was extended from 20th August earlier on 19th August by CBEC while GSTN site crashed and was under maintenance. It is also notable that unless and until payment gets reflected in ECL, user can not file the GSTR 3 B which may lead to levy of late fees.

2) Payment Made, Amount Debited in bank, however status on GSTN is FAILED, no reply from helpdesk. (No Reply to query by GST Twitter handle)
3) Delay in getting credit of TRAN 1 filing into ECL, TRAN 1 shows “SUBMISSION IN PROGRESS” ( Reply by GSTN: The issue is known. It is being looked into. Inconvenience regretted)
4) GSTR3B Save request is under process, unable to save and submit… ( Reply by GSTN: The issue is known. It is being looked into. Inconvenience regretted)
Some concrete majors to address such critical issues by Ministry of Finance is need of the hour as taxpayers are feeling the brunt of such critical technical issues. Few have to pay GST again otherwise GSTR 3 B could not have been uploaded.
These issues are circulated for the benefit of users who otherwise are not able to get any idea and are undergoing anxious moments in the tight timelines of compliances marred by various technical issues over a fortnight now.
