Users are coming across many major technical snags on GSTN Portal while filing GSTR 3B. The issues are open since last 4-5 days and giving taxpayers as well as professional unnecessary trouble as there is no final response from GSTN. It is to be kept in mind that last date to upload Form 3B is 25 th August 2017, which was extended from 20th August earlier on 19th August by CBEC while GSTN site crashed and was under maintenance. It is also notable that unless and until payment gets reflected in ECL, user can not file the GSTR 3 B which may lead to levy of late fees.

Some concrete majors to address such critical issues by Ministry of Finance is need of the hour as taxpayers are feeling the brunt of such critical technical issues. Few have to pay GST again otherwise GSTR 3 B could not have been uploaded.

These issues are circulated for the benefit of users who otherwise are not able to get any idea and are undergoing anxious moments in the tight timelines of compliances marred by various technical issues over a fortnight now.

    The GST is being brought in very hurriedly without preparation even we are also facing the problem in filing the GSTR 3B through DSC for corporate assessee and there is no responsible person to address the issues instead they are providing numerous contact numbers to contact.

    Payment debited from account but still not credited in cash ledger nor refunded back by the bank. This has occured for 4 clients and have stuck up paying twice the said amount with new CIN nos. unneceesary amount is getting blocked and helpdesk is not responding. Think so that we will need help for helpdesk also.

    Still we are facing for filing return due to the msigner is not properly doing always msg shows :” start msigner” more so inspite of Log ID/PW ok Capcha is giving continuous troubles again & again we are entering and still log in not possible.

    NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER CARE REPLY TO SPEAK TO GST PORTAL HELPLINE WHERE HALF hour waiting ???? Please resolve the matter technically IMMEDIATELY

    This is bound to happen when you launch a reform without preparation. For some unknown reason, the Government was in a tearing hurry to launch the GST. Now that the software has bugs, no one is prepared to bring the same to the notice of the PM. Instead they blame the businessmen and the CAs. This Government has not learned from their earlier mistakes.
