Maharashtra Sales Tax Tribunal (MSTT) has launched its official website, operational since April 2024, to provide updated case information for stakeholders, including appellants, legal professionals, and government officers. The website offers details on case status, hearing dates, and downloadable cause lists, along with MSTT regulations and forms. From April 1, 2025, MSTT will cease publishing physical cause lists, making the website the primary source for such information. Judgments from April 2024 onward are available online, with only appellants and the legal branch receiving certified copies. Stakeholders are encouraged to report discrepancies in case listings or judgments to the Registrar’s office for corrections.

Sub-Use of Maharashtra Sales Tax Tribunal Website

Gentlemen/Sir/Madam,

It gives immense pleasure to announce that Maharashtra Sales Tax Tribunal

(MSTT) is operating its website from April 2024. URL to access this website is as follows-https://www.mstt. maharaslitra.gov.in

MSTT has created this dedicated website for all stakeholders, including MSTT, legal branch of the department, all the nodal officers of the department, appellants and dealers, as well as lawyers/CA/STP. This website gives updated information about the case status and next date of hearing of case. The daily, monthly and bench wise cause lists can also be downloaded from the website. In addition to this, the website provides MSTT regulations, various forms related to working procedure of MSTT, other related information, etc., in downloadable format.

The website is created with very easy navigation and it will help all stakeholders to get information at their fingertips. It is free access website and anybody can access the website. All concerned are requested to make use of website and also spread word about the website within Appellant/Dealer/ CA /Lawyer community for their use.

Daily and monthly Cause Lists (Bench wise and Common) are available on website. These cause lists are updated on daily basis. This Office will observe correctness of same for this quarter i. e. up to 31/03/2025. If it is working properly then Tribunal will cease from pun pencase list in physical format from 01/04/2025. Thereafter all concern will need to download cause list from website only.

MSTT has uploaded all, the judgments from 01/04/2024 on its website. It also plans to upload judgments on website as and when such judgments are passed. In view of this certified copies of judgments will be provided to appellant and Legal branch only. All others are requested to download judgment from website only.

There may be some discrepancies in the dates of hearings or cause lists and Judgments. All concerned are requested to bring such discrepancies to the notice of the Office of the Registrar. It will help MSTT to provide correct information.
