  1. I suggest that retired judges must be made a part of the GST team which is acting on tax evasion. so that these type of cases dont reach the court and time is not wasted unnecessarily. The assessees are taking the undue advantage of the law for dragging the cases and courts instead of giving order for recovery , getting to unncessary issues. Our history with these type of investigation is very clear that these people offer health reasons etc to escape from the law, and keep on dragging the case
