NotificationNo. 16/2000-Central Excise
In exercise of the powers conferred by of section 3 A of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 to 1944), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the following notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), on and from the1st day or april,2000, namely:-
1. Notification number 24/97-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 25th July, 1997 published in the Official Gazette vide number G.S.R. 412 (E), dated the 25th July, 1997;
2. Notification number 30/97-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 1st August, 1997 published in the Official Gazette vide number G.S.R. 445(E), dated the 1st August, 1997;
3. Notification number 31/97-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 1st August, 1997 published in the Official Gazette vide number G.S.R. 446 (E), dated the 1st August, 1997;
4. Notification number 32/97-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 1st August, 1997 published in the Official Gazette vide number G.S.R. 447 (E), dated the 1st August, 1997;
5. Notification number 47/97-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 1st August, 1997 published in the Official Gazette vide number G.S.R. 438 (E), dated the 1st August, 1997;
6. Notification number 48/97-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 1st August, 1997 published in the Official Gazette vide number G.S.R. 439 (E), dated the 1st August, 1997;
