Kindly let me know whether CENVAT Credit can be availed on purchase of Disel Generators and UPS (after year 2006)by a Central Govt dept where only certain products for which service tax is collected but separate accounts cannot be maintained. The goods purchased are also used for products for which no service tax is collected.
