How unfortunate that the Finance Ministry cannot make timely recruitment of Members of CESTAT so that all the Benches can function properly and hear and decide appeals relating to Customs, Central Excise & Service Tax matters which involve large number of disputes ?
Secretary ( Revenue) may please see what is the bottleneck .
