Subject : Policy Circular No. 32 (RE-2005)/2004-09 dated 21.11.2005 – Corrigendum reg. 

Attention is invited to Policy Circular No. 32 dated 21.11.2005. The last line of the Policy Circular will be amended to read as follows :

“However, consignment of Metallic Scrap where the Bill of Lading is dated 1^st December 2005 or before and where certificates have been issued by these agencies will be cleared by Customs with 100% inspection in terms of Custom Circular No. 56 dated 18.10.2004.

This issues with the approval of DGFT.
