PUBLIC NOTICE NO.49(RE:2012)/2009-2014, DATED :13.02.2013
Subject: Deletion of pesticides from SION, J-373 (Textile Product).
In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014 and Paragraph 1.1 of Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby withdraws the Public Notice 63 dated 07.07.2011.
2. The Public Notice 63 dated 07.07.2011 included Pesticides (Biocides/ Fungicides/Herbicides/Insecticides) as the fifth input under SION J-373. The said input stands deleted from SION J-373. The amended SION J-373 of the Textile Product Group will be as under:-

3. Effect of this Public Notice:
Pesticides (Biocides/Fungicides/ Herbicides/Insecticides) under SION J-373 stands deleted as a permissible input with immediate effect.
