PUBLIC NOTICE No. 59/2015-2020-DGFT

Subject: Extension of validity of Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs)
In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (201520), the Director General of Foreign Trade in relaxation of the provision as in Para 2.55 (d) of the Handbook of Procedure, 2015-20, notifies as under:-
The validity of recognition of the Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs) included in the Appendix 2G of Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms (A&ANF) of Foreign Trade Policy (2015-20), who ar31e going to complete their tenure of three years on or before 30.3.2020, is extended up to 31.3.2020.
Effect of this Public Notice: Validity of the Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs) as listed in the Appendix 2G of A&ANF, whose validity expires on or before 30.3.2020, is extended up to 31.3.2020.
