Second, the notification discusses the change of name of “Zhejiang Tsingshan Steel Pipe Co., Ltd.” to “Tsingshan Steel Pipe Co., Ltd”. The request for this name change was considered and approved after it was confirmed that there would be no changes in the ownership, sales, demand, production, management, business license, or address of the applicant.
