Notification No. 108/2005-Customs (N.T.)

 09  December  2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of subsection (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue number S.O. 828 (E), dated 21st November, 1994 (No. 61/94 -(N.T.) CUSTOMS, dated the 21st November, 1994), namely :-

In the Table to the said notification, against serial No. 11, in column (3) against item (b), for the entries under column 4, the  following entry shall be substituted, namely:-

“Unloading of imported goods and the loading of export goods or any class of such goods.”.

Note. The principal notification No. 61/94-Customs (N.T.), dated the 21st November, 1994 was published vide number S.O.  828 (E), dated the 21st November, 1994 and was last amended vide notification No. 92/2005-Customs (N.T.), dated the 10th October 2005 and published vide number S.O. 1477(E), dated the 10th October 2005.
