SC stays HC order on Levy of Stamp Duty on Advertisement Agreements

Heard Mr. Arvind P. Datar, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, Indian Broadcasting Foundation and Mr. K.K. Venugopal, learned senior counsel for the State of Maharashtra.
