MCA vide its General circular No. 6/2020 dated 4th Day of March 2020 notify this scheme and this scheme would remain into force for a period of 3 months i.e. from 16th March 2020 to 13th June 2020.

The objective of this scheme is to provide the one time relaxation in additional fees for filing the delayed concerned forms i.e. Form-3 for Initial Agreement or change in LLP Agreement later on, Form-4 for Changes in designated partner or partner, Form- 8 for Statement of Account & Solvency, Form-11 for Annual Return.

Applicability: LLPs which have not filed respective forms which were due for filing till 31st October 2019.

Maximum Additional fees upto Rs. 5000/- each form-: This scheme has provides the relaxation in additional fees and fixed the upper limit upto Rs. 5000/-   For every delayed form filed, LLP has to pay the Rs. 10/- per day.

Immunity from Prosecution: Further, those LLP which will opt this scheme and file the all pending forms shall not be subjected to any prosecution by the Registrar for such defaults.

Period of this scheme: 3 months time is given i.e. this scheme would be operational form 16th march 2020 to 13th June 2020.

Non Applicability: this scheme shall not apply to those LLP which has made an application for strike off its name in form-24 to the Registrar under Rule 37 of the LLP Rules, 2009.

Covered FormsForm-3 for Initial Agreement ( this form should be filed within 30 days of incorporation or changes made in agreement via supplementary agreement), Form 4 Changes made in composition of designated partner or partner( within 30 days of such change), Form-8 for Statement of Account & Solvency ( this form should be filed within 30 days from the end of six month of the respective financial year), Form 11 for Annual Return( within 60 days of close of financial year)
