Subject: “MAY I HELP YOU” Counters in the field office for facilitating filing of Online Claims
Sir,
Please refer to letter No.: HRM V111/2018/Paper Free EPFO/71 dated 27.02.2018 (placed at SI. No 678 in EPFO website/Circulars) regarding actions for transforming EPFO to Electronic Paper Free Organization.
2. In the reference above, it is proposed to have a campaign for going paper-free during the next two months, namely, March and April, 2018 with focus on verifying AADHAAR for the members so that all claims are received online avoiding submission of paper-claims. In this regard, tt is decided to facilitate the same by putting up separate “MAY I HELP YOU” counters in all the field offices that will educate, facilitate and guide the stakeholders about the filing of online claims.
3. Further reference is invited to this office circular HRM-V/8(1) 2016/DEO Contractual/16522 dated 14thNovember 2017 (placed at SI. No 467 in EPFO website/Circulars) wherein additional manpower was provided to subject to earmarking of the staff for attending calls being received from EPFO stakeholders. The manpower so provided may be utilized in the “MAY I HELP YOU” counters in addition to their current work.
