Suggestions on Draft Rules under Companies Act 2013
The Companies Act, 2013 has been notified on 30th August, 2013. First tranche of draft Rules, except Forms, covering 16 Chapters under the new Act, have been posted on the website of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The second tranche of the draft Rules will be posted in the next week.
The stakeholders who would like to send their comments/ suggestions on the draft Rules are requested to use the web link or use the link http://mca.gov.in/NCB/feedback/index.html “Feedback on draft Rules under the Companies Act, 2013” on the Ministry’s website www.mca.gov.in by 08/10/2013.
The e-platform hosted on the above mentioned website has been developed in a user friendly and interactive manner, and will facilitate collation and analysis of suggestions/comments received on the draft Rules.
The draft Rules and the Companies Act, 2013 are also available on the platform. All stake holders are requested to avail of this e-platform facility.
Forms under the relevant Rules will be uploaded shortly.
The First tranche of draft Rules for following 16 chapters under the Companies Act 2013 is made live for public comments in 1st phase. The last date of receiving comments on these rules is 08/10/2013:

Chapter IX – Accounts of Companies

Chapter XII – Meeting of Board and its Powers
Chapter XVI – Prevention of Oppression and Mismanagement
Chapter XVIII – Removal of Name of Companies from the Register of Companies
Chapter XIX – Revival and Rehabilitation of Sick Companies
Chapter XXII – Companies Incorporated Outside India
Chapter XXIV – Registration Offices and Fees
Chapter XXVI – Nidhi
Chapter XXVII – National Company Law Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal
