DIR-3 KYC / DIR-3-KYC-WEB – What you should know

Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Third Amendment Rules, 2019 have been notified w.e.f 25th July 2019

EFORM DIR-3 KYC applicable in two cases:

Case 1: Where the individual who holds DIN and is filing his KYC details for the first time

Case 2: Where the individual DIN holder who has already filed his KYC once in eform DIR-3 KYC but wants to update his details.

WEB SERVICE DIR-3-KYC-WEB is applicable only to those DIN holder who has submitted DIR-3 KYC eform in the previous financial year and no update is required in his details.

Steps for processing:

• Login on the website.
• Go to MCA services and then click on DIR-3-KYC-WEB
• Fill-in in the DIN Number of the concern Director
• Prefilled data (Email ID and Phone Number) will be shown on the portal
• Click on send OTP and Verify the same

FEE FOR FILING DIR-3 KYC/DIR-3 KYC-WEB 

The fee for filing e-form DIR-3 KYC or web-form DIR-3 KYC-WEB through the web service, shall be payable as follows:
