NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 11th November 1999
S.O. 1087 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 205C of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby constitutes a Committee consisting of the following persons to administer the Investor Education and Protection Fund and to maintain separate accounts and other relevant records in relation to that Fund in such form as may be prescribed in consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor General of India, namely :—

2. The Members of the Committee shall hold office for a period of two years with effect from the date of publication of this notification.
