With the Regulators raining plethora of amendments, we have updated (updations highlighted in Red font) the Annual compliance Calendar for Equity Listed and Unlisted entities encompassing updates till 30 September 2021 over our previous avatar released last year, to de-mystify and simplify the compliances for Equity Listed Companies, so that compliances for the month/year are visible at a glance to facilitate compliances for professionals.
The following have been segregated for ease of ensuring compliances and the Calendar comprises of the following:
1. All time, event based, quarterly, half yearly and annual compliances. Kindly put your board meet dates and key dates of notice, minutes, filings etc. will get auto-populated.
2. Month wise view of Compliances.
3. Periodical Compliances under SEBI PIT, SEBI Takeover and SBEB.
4. Policies, that all Listed Companies need to have

6. Matters requiring shareholder approval under LODR
7. Disclosures in General meeting notice ( as per LODR )

Kindly refer to LODR for Compliances applicable if you have listed any other kind of securities like High Value Debt, NCD, NCRPS etc., as the same are not incorporated.
