Amendments made by Central Government in the notification by exercising the power conferred under section 210A of the companies Act 1956

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 14th December, 2009
S.O. 3203(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 210A of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the 21st July, 2009 vide number S.0.1800(E), dated 2 I stJuly. 2009, namely : —
In the said notification,
(i) against serial No. (4), in the entry for the words “Shri Kunal Banerjee”, the words and letters “Shri G.N.Venkatararnan”. shall be substituted:
(ii) Against serial No. (8), for the “Nominee of the Central Board of Direct Taxes”, the entry “Shri Pawan K. Kumar, Director (“FPL-iv), North Block. New Delhi shall be substituted.
