NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, Dated, the 12th February, 2001.
S.O. 133(E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 205C of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of Government of India, in the Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs, Department of Company Affairs, number S.O.1087(E) dated the 11th November, 1999, namely:-
In the said notification, for serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:
“1. Shri V. Govindarajan, IAS, Secretary,
Department of Company Affairs ……. Chairman”
