Job Description for Candidates who would like to work in the Fields of GST- Conversant with GST laws Handling advisory services under GST which includes:
– Taxability of the transaction
– Alternative structuring derivation
– Research on judicial precedents etc.
– Discussion on client queries and providing opinions on the same
– Drafting reply to notices and appeals
– Interaction with clients for finalizing and filling appeals
– Overseeing routine compliances under GST which includes computations, registrations, returns
– Ability to work in a team
– Preparation of Case for opinions
– Keeping track of change in regulations & judgments
– Analysis of statutory provisions
– Regular updating technical knowledge.
