Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the elected members of its 26th Council as per Rule 36 of the Chartered Accountants (Election to the Council) Rules, 2006. Representing five regional constituencies, the members are elected for Western, Southern, Eastern, Central, and Northern regions. In the Western region, notable members include CA. Vishnu Kumar Agarwal (Mumbai) and CA. Jay Ajit Chhaira (Surat). The Southern region features members like CA. Babu Abraham Kallivayalil (Kochi) and CA. Sripriya K (Chennai). The Eastern region includes CA. Ravi Kumar Patwa (Silchar) and CA. Sanjib Sanghi (Kolkata). In the Central region, members such as CA. Rohit Ruwatia Agarwal (Jaipur) and CA. Pankaj Shah (Indore) are elected. For the Northern region, representatives include CA. Sanjay Kumar Agarwal (New Delhi) and CA. Charanjot Singh Nanda (New Delhi).
