the compliance gets neglected due to number of returns to be submitted, when will the businessman focus on his business – income/expenses/profit/loss/working capital/ banking/ production/ inventory/ manpower/ labour/accounts receivables and payable etc over & above taxes and other routine business promotional and liasoning ????

even if any businessman genuinely submits returns, who has time to read.

Well this article comes forward with a word of appreciation..Thanks for disseminating such useful information..I have a query..What is the provisions under factory related acts regarding payment of gratuity?

    • Ankur.singhal says:

      Dear Richa

Factories act does not say anything about gratuity.
Gratuity is covered by The Payment of gratuity act,1972.

Section 7 of The Payment of gratuity act,1972 states that the payment of gratuity should be made within 30 days from date of separation.
