Greetings from the !!!

Institute of Company Secretaries of India is constantly making efforts for enhancing career/ training opportunities for its members and students by organising various mega trainee drives, Meets with senior CS & HR professionals, HR Conclaves, etc. The Institute is organising CS Trainee Drive (I) – 2022 for students.

Date and Time: 29 March, 2022 10.00 am onwards

The venue and contact person details of CS Trainee Drive (I), 2022 is as under:

MODALITIES:

1. There is No participation Fee for the Trainee Drive.

2. Registration of students would be strictly on first come first served basis.

3. Prior registration is mandatory to in the CS Trainee Drive.

4. Dress code – Smart Formals.

5. Students who have passed Executive or Professional Examinations are eligible to participate in the CS Trainee Drive (I) – 2022.

6. No TA/DA would be paid to the students to participate in the drive.

7. Students should come prepared for a day long process.

8. The Institute reserves the right to call limited number of candidates during the process in case large number of applications received.

9. Merely registration for the Trainee Drive by filling up the registration form does NOT guarantee selection or interview of any candidate.

10. All students should use their own discretion and should be aware of the responsibilities of Traineeship and Organisation. Only after being convinced, they should appear for the interview.

11. Rejection of offers without valid reason would bar a candidate from participating in other Trainee / Placement Drives being organised by the Institute for the current year.

12. Interviews for various organisations would be conducted simultaneously.

13. Canvassing for selection in the drive would lead to disqualification.

14. List of participating organisations would be displayed at the respective Regional Offices on the day of interview for the information of students.

The primary objective of the program is to provide a platform for the aspiring CS Trainees and Companies/ PCS firms to come together for mutual benefit.

5. The organizations are requested to submit the list of shortlisted Candidates immediately after the completion of the Interview. On the Spot offers are earnestly solicited.
