"I am an Indirect Tax consultant and co-founder of M/s Utkrisht Solutions, based in Mohali. I began my career in 1993 as an Inspector in the Central Excise Department and took voluntary retirement in January 2023 after completing 30 years of service. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in GST, Customs, Central Excise, Service Tax, SEZ/STPI matters and foreign trade policy. I regularly provide professional counsel in litigated matters, assist during statutory audits and offer advisory services across a broad spectrum of indirect tax laws.
