History of modern civilization always acquaints us with three primary and most important realities, firstly the unwavering bond between science and technology with economy, secondly the supremacy of people’s power over tyranny and lastly the victory of races having scientific and logical thinking. Now on first issue nothing new to be brought in as economic history of the modern civilization clearly adumbrates the gross dependency of the mankind over the science and technology including of the crucial aspects in life like economy, law, justice, health etc. Now on this perspective last 10 years in particular with the beginning of the historical fourth industrial revolution(AI) , our most coveted education system is coming under the sharp attack from many important quarters exuding their deep frustration over the quality of the so called higher educated as well as the nation gross failure to invent anything meaningful in the last 75 years of independence. Obviously these opinions have some substance  due to fast growing of our independence for all basic raw materials, mineral and vital parts most ironically to  our sworn enemy China and our most shameful  fastest trade  imbalances which has no solution in sight even in  distant future and this pathetic dependence over the overseas had always been politically exploited by the big powers  in the  past much to our disadvantages  and this legacy is growing more and more acute.

The root cause of it rest on one issue and this is we can not make any meaningful scientific and technological inventions still so far most ironically post of independence contrary to our earth shaking inventions in the colonial period by hordes of immortal domestic scientists. Different important opinions are regularly vented through the medias, social medias and journal about the root cause of it’s failure and all of them are unanimous about the outdated syllabus in higher scientific and technological studies and present dispensation being so over swayed by the said opinions both of domestic and overseas particularly from the tech people, is now on mad rush to revamp the said so called outdated syllabus by introducing NEP with many western like features. Now in this perspective three most weighted questions can be raised about the quality of education.

Firstly, if our syllabuses in higher studies are so outdated then why the world tech and IT service, the heart of the present world is dominated by 85% of the Indian home educated professionals and our position is so monolithic strong that despite USA persistence efforts since 2017 to coerce the both Indian and domestic tech companies to substitute the omnipresent Indian professionals with the American to stame off the spiral domestic unemployment has not only fallen flat but even our importance and world market share is on upper side despite AI threat., then how these outdated professionals monolithic dominance is still unbridle? Second issue is that another sector very silently rearing it’s invincible head in the international export market with 65% market domination with prospect of catching up 90% market share in immediate future with all certainty and this is Indian accounting & taxation field and for that reason our govt. is in the consistent process of creating world BIG 4 like audit conglomerates.

The growth of this sector by roping on the greatest blessing of digital technology is phenomenal even surpassing the IT sector and pharma sector export growth rate, the two long coveted feathers in our exporting legacy cap. Then most logical question is how come our professionals are coping with the accounting and legal standards and intricacies of the most developed economies in such most hardest and complex subjects in the world with an outdated syllabus? Thirdly another field is rearing up it’s international presence by exporting the services or acting as a role model for numerous nations including the Arab nations and China, Vietnam etc, the forerunners in world tech and economy and it is our laws and richest judicial precedents in every critical field of law and economy.

So most logical question is why they are blindly copying our laws and judicial precedents having the great blemish of outdated syllabus? Actually this most organized attack on our education system is well orchestrated mainly by the international economic powers and their industrial cronies and some dishonest medias particularly the China and USA with vested interest to demoralize our most talented professionals spearheading the intense historical battle in the highly competitive export world landscape and redefining India’s growing invincible clout. In English there is a great saying that the TEST OF A PUDDING IN IT’S EATING means performance is the real and best test of one’s potentiality and so the quality of our syllabus and journals in the international market fully reasserting this immortal saying.
