can I file a revised return for AY 2016-17 as i had filed the Return For AY 2016-17 on 31/3/2017 and Intimation order u/s 143(1) passed on 22/5/17. Necessary to file the return because of non disclosure of Income from Partnership firm i,e Remuneration and Interest received from partnership firm in original return filed on 31/3/2017. Pl clerafify
Can a person File Revise Return after receiving Intimation 143(1).

My mom have filed return u/s 139(1) declaring income of 192360 though she is earning income from iterest on FDR only. She hadn’t claim the tax deducted on interest in original return neither filed a revised return u/s 139(5). And she have got intimation u/s 143(1). Whether now she can file revised return claiming tds & get refund.
