Notification No. 14/2012–Central Excise (N.T.)

G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (3) of rule 19 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification No.45/2001 -Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 26th June, 2001 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide number G.S.R. 474(E), dated the 26th June,2001 ,namely:-
In the said notification, in paragraph 2, in sub-paragraph (3), in clause (ii), for the word, figures and letters ” section 11AB “, the word, figures and letters “section 11AA” shall be substituted.
