Launching of ICAI-ROC – A MCA-21 Compliance software for Practitioners and CA Firms

Dear Professional Colleagues,

The Committee for Capacity Building of CA Firms and Small & Medium Practitioners, has launched the ICAI-ROC on 1st July, 2011 by Hon’ble CA. K. Rahman Khan, Deputy Chairman of Rajya Sabha, Parliament of India. ‘ICAI-ROC’ software. The software has been uploaded in the Committee website www.icai.org.in so that members can easily download, free of cost. In a Brocure containing the CD of software namely ICAI-ROC shall be sent, after receiving the special request from the members in practice on committee’s website  www.icai.org.in. The application of the software will help the members in efficient documentation in complying with MCA-21 requirements. The details of use and benefits are given on committee’s website on www.icai.org.in. Members may avail the benefits of this arrangement.

I feel great pleasure to inform you that Committee for Capacity Building of CA Firms and Small & Medium Practitioners has arranged ‘ICAI-ROC’ Software on MCA21 Compliance for the members of the Institute. This software provides the facility to prepare Auto filing of e-Forms, Shares Records/Certificates, Meetings & Minutes, Resolutions/Drafting, Annual Return forms and maintenance of Registers and Reports etc. This will enable the practicing members to strengthen their general and specific practices in the field of managing the compliance of MCA-21 in accordance with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

The committee will keep you update on all major events and initiatives taken for CA members and firms.
