CBI registers three cases against a local Recruiting Agent; Officers of PoE and others relating to illegal human trafficking of Indian workers

The CBI has registered three cases against a local Recruiting Agent(Delhi-based); three private firms; the then certain officers of Protector of Emigrants and other private persons with regard to illegal human trafficking of Indian workers.
The allegations against local Recruiting Agent(Delhi-based) are that he and other Agents in connivance with officials of Protector of Emigrants based at Delhi, Mumbai and Chandigarh were obtaining emigration clearance in respect of unskilled workers on the basis of false and forged documents.
Searches have been conducted so far at 38 residential / official premises of local Recruiting Agent(Delhi-based), public servants and other private persons at Delhi, Mumbai, Chandigarh and Hyderabad in the three different cases registered in respect of this human trafficking racket. Several incriminating documents / material have been recovered during the searches.
The investigation is continuing.
