In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 1.3 and paragraph 3.7.8 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Target Plus Scheme, for the exports effected during 01.04.2005 to 31.3.2006, of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, as amended from time to time.
