In view of Customs readiness to accept online transmission of DES (Advance Authorization), EPCG and DEPB authorizations at the following 9 ICES 1.5 new locations, all RA’s of DGFT may note that for all the newly added ports, aforesaid authorizations issued w.e.f. 17.5.2010, will be communicated online to Customs for necessary processing at their end. It may also further be noted that for all DEPB Shipping Bills issued w.e.f. 17.5.2010 from these ports, application will have to be filed mandatory in EDI mode:

Export of the item produced from Animal By-Products to EU is allowed subject to the following conditions: (i) A ‘Shipment Clearance Certificate’ is to be issued consignment-wise by the CAPEXIL indicating details of the name and address of the exporter, address of the registered plant, IEC No. of the exporter, plant approval number, nature of export product, quantity, invoice number and date, port of loading (Name of the port) and destination.

In the statement of Standard Input Output Norms (SION) as contained in the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.II), 2009-2014, as amended from time to time, addition of new SION C2047 at appropriate places, as mentioned in ANNEXURE “A” to this Public Notice, are made.
On receipt of application, concerned RA shall send a copy of the application to National Rifle Association of India for their comments. After receipt of comments from the National Rifle Association of India, RA shall issue licence to the applicant. (ii) After issue of licence, RA shall forward a copy of licence to National Rifle Association of India with reference to their written recommendation for information.
