We further look into the social and ethical governance factors with the help of various case studies and finish the paper with a comparative analysis of corporate social practices inside and outside India.
Before the introduction of Companies Act, 2013 there was no awareness of Corporate Social Responsibility among the Indian Companies. CSR was more famous term in the European countries and then in United States. These countries were and are continuously implementing the CSR activities by taking various social initiatives.
