NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 3rd March, 2023
S.O. 1036(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 43 of the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003) and in consultation with the Chief Justice (Acting) of Gauhati High Court at Guwahati, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 372(E), dated the 5th February, 2016, namely:-
In the said notification, in the Table, for serial number 3 and entries relating thereto, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
