Sub : Request for extension of time limit for Re-registration u/s 12 AB for Charitable Trusts/NGOs.
Respected Madam/Sir,
Regarding New provisions of Re-registration of Charitable Trusts/NGOs, the trust is required to submit Form No. 10A on or before 30.06.2021. Out of 91 days limit, about 76 days will be lost due to covid 19 phase II lockdown in the light of severe pandemic.
Looking to the present Covid-19 pandemic, it is our humble request to extend due date for filing Form No. 10A for Re-registration of Charitable Trusts and NGOs, at least for three months.
Please do needful in the matter at your earliest.

since the new web site of income tax is yet to function well. There is no chance to file online forms forms for reregistration of trust. so the ministry may consider the request
as well the tds q returns also need extension to file
